6 key tips to detect your purchase intention and if it is viable for financing with Leasing:

Ask for when you need the asset in order to identify if the business is short or long term.
For natural person preferably must submit income tax return.
The client must have at least 3 years of experience in the sector.
Its indebtedness should not exceed 70%.
Take into account that if the client is reported to the credit bureaus or has a rating higher than B. It is not subject to credit with Banco Davivienda or any supplier bank.
For Legal Entities must have minimum assets of $260 million.
